Terrific supplement to increase blood flow. I order 20mg pills and break them into 10mg halves. I do have to pop a couple Ibuprofen, as Cialis does give me a headache. The only other negative is to make sure your spouse or GF is in the mood before taking the pill. The last thing you want is to be ready to go without a willing partner ;)

I think this product is the best over the counter product on the market. I have tried others but nothing compares to this. Longer lasting, longevity, sensitivity. Took me a while to write a review because I wanted to see if they actually work, the pills work and I was able to perform however if you dont eat and drink a lot of water you will have a massive headache.

Holy smokes I am very satisfied with it & the results. This is a spectacular product & I will definitely be a repeat customer. At full dosage I get the headache or skull pressure it describes, although I didn't drink much water considering that I didn't want to take a leak part way through extended foreplay (getting old is like that). However, I take the capsule apart (roll it between the fingers a bit to loosen it) and dump half into a glass of water, and save the other half for next time. That half does does what I need for the next three days or so.

Tried cialis after talking to family doctor been having problems with keep a erection during sex.
